These terms govern use of the website of People for Urban and Rural Education (PURE Global), a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 81-2726747. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. PURE Trust in India is a separate organization; local programs and third-party services may have additional terms.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or harmful information, infringe another person's rights or imply a PURE endorsement without authorization. PURE may restrict misuse to protect people, information and systems.
Information and availability
We aim to keep information accurate, but program details, dates, opportunities and resources can change. Website content is general information and is not individualized legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. PURE does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content and may update or remove material.
Enquiries, applications and participation
Submitting an interest form or application does not enroll you, guarantee acceptance, reserve a place, create employment or promise funding. Participation depends on the relevant program's eligibility, availability, safeguarding and registration requirements. Fees, schedules and activity-specific conditions will be communicated separately where applicable.
Adults do not require parental permission. Participants under 18 require parent or guardian permission at registration before joining activities. A parent or guardian should submit enquiries for children under 13 using their own contact details. Separate permission may be required for travel, photographs or particular activities. An interest form is not a parental authorization or activity waiver.
Donations
Online gifts are processed through Classy / GoFundMe Pro and its payment partners under their payment terms. Review the amount, currency, designation and any recurring-gift choice before confirming. Donations support PURE's charitable work, subject to any gift restrictions accepted by PURE. An unrestricted gift may be used where the need is greatest.
Donations are generally non-refundable. Contact info@thepureglobal.org promptly about duplicate, erroneous or unauthorized transactions or other refund requests. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and the donation provider's procedures. To change or cancel a recurring gift, use the provider's donor controls or contact PURE. Tax treatment depends on applicable law and individual circumstances; PURE does not provide personal tax advice.
Content, publications and brand assets
Website text, photographs, logos, videos and other materials belong to PURE or their respective owners unless otherwise stated. You may share links to public content. Reproduction, modification or promotional use requires permission unless the material carries a license that permits it. A publication's stated license takes precedence for that publication. Third-party trademarks remain their owners' property.
Do not alter the PURE logo, misrepresent an affiliation, identify or reuse participant photographs beyond the approved context, or imply endorsement by PURE, a partner or an international institution. Ask the PURE team for approved media assets and usage guidance.
External services and privacy
External donation, event, publication, social-media and partner services have their own terms and privacy notices. PURE does not control their content, availability or security. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information through this website. Do not submit highly sensitive information through general forms.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PURE is not liable for losses resulting from website errors, interruptions or reliance on external content. These website terms do not waive rights or exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded. They do not replace program agreements or safeguarding obligations. Applicable U.S. law and any non-waivable protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
